Contact Allen EV Charger Installation
One number, answered by people who install chargers for a living. There is no form on this page on purpose. Describing a panel in a text box takes longer than saying it out loud, and a two-minute conversation usually settles whether you need a site visit at all.
Contact Details
Calls placed during business hours are answered or returned the same day. Assessments are generally scheduled within one to three business days, and approved standard installs usually land on the calendar inside the same week.

Install crews start earlier than the phone line. If you reach voicemail during the day it is because someone is in a panel, and calls are returned the same business day.
The Fastest Route to an Answer
Call (972) 236-5854 and tell us the vehicle, the rough age of the house and whether you already own a charger. Those three facts get you most of the way to an accurate answer before anyone drives out. If the job is straightforward we will say so on the phone, and if it needs a load calculation we will book the assessment while you are still on the line.
What Happens After You Call
- 01
The two-minute triage
We ask about the vehicle, the house and the equipment you have. Most of the time this is enough to tell you whether you are looking at a simple circuit, a capacity problem or a repair, and roughly what range you are in.
- 02
The free on-site assessment
A licensed electrician comes out, opens the panel, runs the load calculation and walks the conduit route. You get a flat written quote before the visit ends, itemised by line, with no obligation to proceed.
- 03
Permit, schedule, install
Approve the quote and we file the permit, book the date, do the work, test a live charge session with your vehicle, and meet the city inspector. You get the signed-off card and the warranty paperwork afterward.
Questions About Getting Hold of Us
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. A licensed electrician comes out, runs the load calculation and hands you a written quote. If you decide not to proceed, nothing is owed and nobody will chase you.
Assessments are typically scheduled within one to three business days. Once a standard residential install is approved, it usually goes on the calendar within the same week. Panel upgrades take longer because they involve utility coordination.

Because panels are easier to describe out loud than to type, and because a form means waiting. Calling gets you a real answer in the time it would take to fill in the fields.
No. EV charging is scheduled work, and we would rather give you a proper assessment on a Tuesday than a rushed one at nine at night. If a charger has failed, call during business hours and we will prioritise the diagnostic visit.
