Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply to this website and to the work we perform.
Our Services
Allen EV Charger Installation performs electric-vehicle charging installation and related electrical work for homes, workplaces, multi-family properties and HOA communities in Allen and the surrounding Collin County area. Our work includes Level 2 charger installation, Tesla Wall Connector installation, NEMA 14-50 outlet installation, electrical panel upgrades to support charging, hardwired charger installation, commercial and workplace charging stations, multi-family and HOA charging, and repair and troubleshooting of existing chargers.
All work is performed under a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation electrical contractor license and by or under the supervision of a Texas Master Electrician. Permits are filed with the relevant municipal building department and inspections are scheduled as the work requires.
Use of the Website
This website is provided for general information about our services and service area. You may read and share it for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape it, republish its content as your own, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that is unlawful. The information here describes services generally and is not a technical specification for any particular property.
Appointments and Estimates
An on-site assessment is offered at no charge and carries no obligation to proceed. A written quote issued after an assessment reflects the scope observed and the load calculation performed at that time. If conditions are discovered during the work that materially change the scope, such as concealed wiring, undisclosed prior modifications or a service capacity issue not visible at assessment, we will stop and issue a revised quote rather than proceeding and adding the cost to the invoice.
Scheduling estimates, including assessment lead times and installation dates, are given in good faith and may be affected by permit processing, utility coordination, equipment delivery and weather.
Intellectual Property
The text, layout, images and design of this website belong to Allen EV Charger Installation or are used with permission. Manufacturer names and product names such as Tesla, ChargePoint, Wallbox, Enphase, Emporia and Grizzl-E belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the equipment we install.
Disclaimers
Information on this site is general and descriptive. Charging equipment selection, circuit sizing and panel capacity depend entirely on the specific property, and nothing here should be treated as a recommendation for your home or building until an electrician has performed a load calculation on your actual service. We make no guarantee that the site is free of errors or that it is continuously available.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Allen EV Charger Installation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability arising from work we perform is governed by the written quote, invoice and workmanship warranty issued for that job, together with any manufacturer warranty applicable to the equipment installed.
Third-Party Links
This site may link to manufacturer documentation, utility programs, municipal departments and other external resources. Those destinations are controlled by other organisations, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a revision means the updated terms apply.
